Ouryu Assaulted

On Saturday after a failed attempt at claiming Nidhogg and King Behemoth, CK decided to claim Ouryu -- ENM18 style. Luckily we were able to outclaim before Perseverence, Kaizen, Integralis, or Purpose got to it, so that was good. I used my dusty cloud evoker that I had gotten nearly 10 months ago -- THANK GOODNESS FOR MORE SPACE! We lasted pretty much all 60 minutes, but we had serious problems dealing damage -- only got him to like 75%. You can't build TP on Ouryu since he'll spam hella nasty TP moves -- you build it on the worms or elementals that randomly spawn around Ouryu. Just gotta be building TP and using it on Ouryu as soon as you and your SC partner becomes available. We'll try it again at a later date with a revised strategy.

Got to work on my BST AF. Got my Beast Gaiters and Trousers. Thanks to Wyle and Rigelus for their help. Only two keys and three coffers away from finishing that up. Should be cake.

Also assaulted was assault itself, by none other than yours truly including Rigelus, Nomar, Kinkkerbelle, Firebrand and Wyle -- a new static meeting twice a week on Sunday and Wednesday after Limbus. We failed our first one, which was escorting this prisoner around. We killed everything in the zone, but the prisoner still was sooo freakin slow at runnin and runnin the wrong direction a bunch of times. The second two we rocked, quite literally. Blew up and knocked down walls for one, then killed 15 worms in a row. I can see how getting all this equipment is gonna take a long time. At least im 5% of the way to some of those pieces!!! w00t? BTW let it be known that assault attack music sucks a$$.

An update on the frog trousers: 0/5. But, I did find out that I can fish there and earn like 40-50k gil per hour. So Imma fish and kill the PH every 15 mins. Only a matter of time now.

On one depressing note, I lent 30 ancient beastcoins to a friend a week ago who may be quitting the game this week. I had no way of foreseeing this. I hope that he doesn't quit because he's a good player and a good friend -- and also so I haven't wasted 2 months of building up coins.

Pictures will come, maybe.
